Default Allow Henchmen in Elite Missions?

With the release of GW:EN, you can obtain Eternal Conqueror of XXXX displays for your Monument of Honor if you complete Elite Missions (FoW, UW, Deep, Urgoz, DoA). My problem is that I cannot find the groups to play with in the Elite Mission outposts. The outposts are literally dead! And even if I do find pug groups to play with (rarely), the groups are so incoherent that we don't even make it far. Its really annoying me. I suggest that henchies be allowed in these missions so that people will have a chance to play these missions. Slaver's Exile in GW:EN allows it so why not the rest? Anet, please make this happen.

Yup. If we can't have 7 heroes, at least let us try it (suicidal as it may be) with three heroes and 4 henchmen.

Yes henchmen everywhere please. Why should I be locked out of content just because I choose to play alone?

I have the feeling we will be seeing a lot more heroes/henches hate threads if they introduce henches in Elite Missions.

Seeking a Guild that farms Elite Missions on a regular base seems to be the only solution (same goes for a lot of other titles).

I believe the reasoning for no henchmen goes like this:

The elite missions are (for all practical purposes) impossible to do with the current henchmen.

So while anet might make YOU happy by allowing you to try and bang your head agaist the wall .,.. they would also be basically encouraging 100,000 other people to do it as well ... most of whom do not read forums and all of whom would fail miserably.

So while YOU might be happy .. the rest of the population is pissed that there is a mssion that they just flat out cannot do.

At least by restricting it to people only ... the mission is no longer impossible.... the outcome is instead determined by the skill of the group.

There's already a mission they can't do. People that have others they enjoy playing with aren't going to try it with henchmen, and people that try it with henchmen probably don't have anyone else to try it with. The whole notion of a multiplayer only area in this game is fairly aggravating. I don't recall seeing any addendum to the "play solo with a band of skillful henchmen" line on the box that said "except in the areas with good loot."

even the area outpost is not dead, sometimes you still can't find a group because of the professional. For example, Warrior in Urgoz.......
So if i wanna get my warrior to do urgoz, it is almost impossible to get a team (or maybe some inexperience team maybe?).
so Anet expect the warriors go solo Urgoz?
XDDDDD

I've always wanted to do this. Maybe they could open up a 5 heroes 6 henchies thing for the elite missions.

If they had the skill bars from GW:EN, I could see the areas being doable. Except for the deep because of the four teleporters at the start.

just get a friend and use 3 additional heroes from him. he loads the map with u then leaves, the heroes will follow u.
i just got eternal conqueror of the fissure of woe like this.

3 good heroes > 4 crappy henches

u can even do the deep like this. u get 2 friends with 3 heroes each, they stay till u can regroup after the teleporters then u can go on on your own
